become very quiet now half of the litter has moved to their new

| 05.12.2009. | Kanzi, Kito and Kevin left today. All 3 took the drive home almost without crying, and only Kito became a little sick. They have all curiously explored the new homes, before they went onbord in a bowl of food and fell asleep :-) |
| 04.12.2009. | Today we have been for
walks with the puppies, driving the car to town, had the puppies in the
livingroom alone, playing and cuddling with them.
From tomorrow they start to leave home. We hope, that all families will have as much joy with the puppies as we have had. It has been an exciting journey to follow their growth until now. With every litter we are impressed over the amazing development in such short time. |
| 03.12.2009. | Today we went to the
veterinarian to get the puppies vaccinated. They were all very calm
about this, too. Not one of them protested about getting on the table,
be examined or getting the vaccination :-)
Afterwards the puppies were very tired and slept for 4 hours ;-) We went for walks before the appointment at the vet, and in the evening the puppies came into the livingroom alone. |
| 02.12.2009. | Puppies got chipped
today. They coped very calm with that :-) So now they have got their respective names and families. We have enjoyed the wonderful weather yesterday
and today. Clear frost and sunshine. |
| 01.12.2009. | Jesus - there are not
enough hours in the day at the moment... At least not hours , where it
is light outside...
There is full speed on the puppies ;-) They demand some work now, but we like it ;-) We are in the process of choosing the right puppies for the right families, so they can get chipped and named tomorrow. Today we have been blessed with great weather! It has been used, and we have taken a lot of pictures. They need to be edited, and then they come on the homepage. Unfortunately the photo-editing programme is still not so willing to cooperate :-( Purple male is doing ok. Wound is looking ok. He eats, drinks and plays like nothing is wrong with him. |
| 30.11.2009. | Was at the vet with
Purple today. The wound seems to heel. We cleaned it and cut away more
hair around the wound. I got antibiotics for 3 days more, so he will get
it in total 9 days. It is a swelling from an infection, which can occur
from a bite or a hit. This can quickly happen, when the puppies toss
around with each other. But thank God it is not the saliva gland,
because it could only be fixed with an operation.
Puppies have been outside for walks individually today, along on a trip to town in the car and alone in the livingroom to get pictures taken and to be studied :-) |
| 29.11.2009. | Today the wound on
Purple´s chin looks much better. It is dry and it looks a little
smaller. He is not so tender anymore. He is still very unhappy with
getting it cleaned. The veterinarian called today to ask about him, and
since it looks so fine, then we decided, that I shall bring him to the
hospital tomorrow.
Puppies have been tested today, and it went super well. |
| 28.11.2009. | All day today it looked like yesterday with the swelling on Purple´s chin. But in the late afternoon he became more anoid and started to scratch. The swelling seemed bigger in the middle. I called the veterinarian on call, and during our conversation the swelling burst open. A fluid came out, which was neither blood nor inflammation. The veterinarian came and cleaned the wound. We tried to cut the hair around the wound, but he wouldn´t keep still anymore. We decided to let him get peace, and put him in isolation with his mother over night in the livingroom. |
| 27.11.2009. | A lot has happened over
the last few weeks... Puppies are running around all over the house and
the garden now. They come along for walks, and they are really exploring
the world around them.
Their teeth are very sharp, and they love to bite in trousers and shoe-laces. They eat the food dry now. They have also tried to get other delicious things to eat such as meat with rice, pig-ears, bonejs, sour milk etc. So far they have got 2 treatments against worms, and they will get one more during this weekend. Unfortunately I had to take the Purple male to the veterinarian today, because he was swollen on the right chin and under the chin. The vet believes, it is an infection in the saliva gland. He gets antibiotics and painkiller over the weekend, and then we will see, how he is doing. |

A lot is happening with the puppies now. They play
much with each other and the toys. The games of dominance have started.
The are very secure on their legs. They are all over the house now. They
come to the bowl for food, when they are called.

Puppies 3 weeks old. New pictures here Some of the puppies have changed colour on their
collar, when the "grandparents" came with new collars as a
gift. The puppies are now exploring the living room, playing with each other and the toys, and there is a lot more sound now :-) |

The puppies are now 11 days old, and small cracks are
starting to show in the corner of the eyes. In a couple of days they can
see the big world :-) They try to walk on their unsecure legs, and they are just so cute to watch ;-) Some new pictures here |

Well, now the puppies are 1 week old :-) New pictures both together and single here The weight looks nice for all of them. They are firm to touch, so everything is just fine :-) Kaya eats like a lawnmover, and we are happy with that. |
